AAK offers a comprehensive range of rapeseed oils. Thanks to our local supply of rapeseed and our own pressing facilities, we can offer oils made from both traditional rapeseed varieties and specially selected types.
Due to the cooler Nordic climate, Swedish rapeseed oil naturally contains a higher level of Omega-3 compared with oils from other European origins. Through a gentle production process and strict quality control, we create an oil with excellent flavour, long shelf life, and a high content of natural vitamin E. Rapeseed oil—both conventional varieties and newer high oleic versions—has the lowest level of saturated fat among all vegetable oils. With its high content of monounsaturated fat and its wide range of applications, rapeseed oil is truly unique.
