Rapsona Swedish Rapeseed Oil
Swedish pressed rapeseed oil. Thanks to locally sourced rapeseed and an advanced refining process, we are able to offer a premium-quality oil with a clean, mild taste. By sourcing rapeseed locally and pressing the oil in our own facilities, we can produce oil from both traditional rapeseed varieties and specially selected cultivars.
The cooler Swedish climate gives the oil a naturally higher Omega-3 content compared with rapeseed oil from many other European origins. A gentle production process and strict quality control ensure optimal flavour, excellent stability, and the retention of naturally occurring vitamin E. With its high content of monounsaturated fat and wide range of culinary applications, Swedish rapeseed oil is a truly versatile choice.
